Who runs WagerScope
WagerScope is run by one person. Me — Fedele "Frenk" Pignatelli. There is no team of analysts. The site previously described itself that way; that copy was misleading and has been removed.
I'm a software engineer. I built WagerScope because I kept seeing offshore crypto-casino bonuses marketed to Nigerian and Kenyan players that looked generous on the headline but turned out negative-EV once you ran the wagering math. So I built the calculator first — a deterministic model of wagering requirements, game RTP, and free-spin value — and the rest of the site exists to tell you when the math says Claim, when it says Maybe, and when it says Skip.
Why solo is a feature
Most affiliate sites in this category claim a "team of experts." In practice that usually means a content farm. Here's what solo actually buys you on this site:
- Every casino review is genuinely written by the same person who tested it. No ghostwriters. No undated "updated for 2026" refreshes.
- The math is consistent because one mind built the calculator. The same Keep Rate model runs on every page.
- When operator terms change, the same person re-verifies. I run a scheduled review every week to catch bonus T&C changes.

How we review & rank
Every casino review and bonus analysis on WagerScope is based on publicly available terms, my own testing with real funds, and mathematical expected-value calculations. The signals I evaluate:
- Wagering requirements — the multiplier and eligible game contributions
- Keep Rate — the estimated percentage of bonus value you statistically retain after clearing wagering
- Wagering difficulty — how easy or hard the requirement is to clear given bet type and house edge
- Payment methods — crypto support, local currency (NGN, KES), and withdrawal speed
- Licensing and trust — regulatory status (FSGRN state-level URC framework in Nigeria with NLRC for the FCT only, GRAK in Kenya) and reputation in the market

Affiliate disclosure
WagerScope earns affiliate commissions when readers sign up or deposit through some of the links on this site. Rates vary by operator (typically 15–35% revenue share), and actual monthly revenue can be lower or even negative in months when players win big.
